Reading and movies

I'm re-reading Attack of the Clones. Why, you might ask, because I pulled it out of the shelf, blew the dust off and thumbed through it, realizing that I had a different view of the characters than when I'd read the book years ago. Some parts seem the same as what was on the film but others are very different. The latest Legacy of the Force book is due out later this month. I'm really starting to enjoy that series though at first I wasn't impressed. And surprise...the characters I'm enjoying the most are Luke and his son Ben. Jacen...oh, uh...Caedus seems more like he has a touch of insanity than a bit of darksidedness. Those temper tantrums are spectacular and I'm sure are suppose to be reminiscence of Vader's but Caedus can't hold a candle to his grandfather. It's very sad though because I did so love the character of Jacen, second only to his deceased brother Anakin.

And now there's a new film, animated but at least it's Star Wars. I think it fits in between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith but I don't know if it's before or after the other animated series that was on for a while. And there's a possibility that Hayden Christensen is interested in doing Anakin's voice! Speaking of Hayden, the previews of his Jumper movie look very exciting, hopefully I can see it next week. I never did see Awake, apparently our theater didn't see fit to show it.
